• Summer Kit: Beach mats and sand toys provided for children’s seaside adventures.

• Relaxation: Return from the shore to a peaceful soak in our spacious bathtubs.


The Art of Rest (Premium Bedding)

Experience a cloud-like sleep with materials usually reserved for 5-star luxury hotels.


• The Bed: King-size (or larger) eco-friendly foam mattresses for ultimate spinal support.

• The Layer: Premium Polish goose-down duvets and triple-layered goose-down pillows.

• Stay Fresh: Complimentary mid-stay cleaning and fresh towel replacement for stays of 4+ nights.


Premium Bath & Spa (Freshen Up)

Refresh your senses with premium scents and essential grooming tools.


• Luxury Scents: Molton Brown shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

• Full Amenity Kit: Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer, Soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton swabs, shower sponge, and plenty of towels.

• ⚠️ Please Bring: Facial cleanser, razor, and personal bath towels (Standard towels provided).

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Laundry (Home Comforts)

A fully stocked, professional-grade space that lets you travel light.


• Appliances: Refrigerator, induction cooktop, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.

• Professional Gear: Full ceramic tableware set, wine glasses, openers, and professional pots/pans.

• The Pantry (Seasonings): Cooking oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, coarse salt, and BBQ seasoning.

• Laundry Care: Drum washer (detergent provided), vacuum cleaner, and steam iron.

Private Terrace BBQ

Savor a private dinner on your outdoor deck with professional equipment.


• Self-Service: After checking the weather on-site, please read the provided guidelines carefully before starting the grill yourself.

• Service Fee: 40,000 KRW per use (Includes Premium Weber grill  and charcoal).

• ⚠️ Rules: Guests must provide their own food. Indoor grilling of meat/fish is strictly prohibited and will result in professional cleaning fees.

Private Cinema & Entertainment  

Enjoy immersive movie nights with premium screens and sound.


• Screens: Building A (120-inch Projector) / Building B (75-inch UHD Smart TV).

• Streaming: Access to Netflix and Disney+ on both devices.

• Sound: Bluetooth speakers can be connected to the TV soundbar for an enhanced audio experience.

Thoughtful Kids Care

We provide the gold standard in baby gear so parents can travel with peace of mind.


• Premium Gear: Stokke (Toddler) and Peg Perego (Infant) high chairs, Bottle sterilizer, baby body wash, baby laundry detergent, portable bathtub, and baby pillows.

• Special Request: Low chairs for infants (<12 months) available upon request.
