House Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
No Pets & No unaccomapanied: Entry is only permitted for registered guests. Pets and minors without guardians are not allowed.
Free Mid-stay Cleaning (4+ Nights): For stays of 4 nights or more, we provide a professional mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh towel replacement and trash removal.
No Indoor Grilling: Cooking meat or fish inside the house is strictly prohibited. A professional deep-cleaning fee will be charged if odors or grease remain indoors.
No dinning on beds: Eating or drinking on the beds is forbidden. Guests will be charged for the full replacement cost of bedding if permanent stains occur.
No Tape on Painted Walls: When decorating for events, do not use adhesive tape on painted walls. Use glass or wooden surfaces only with non-marking tape.
Liability for damages: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss of facilities, furniture, or amenities. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
Safety on Stairs & 2nd floor: For safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times on the stairs and the second floor.
Exterior CCTV in operation: Entry is only permitted for registered guests. Pets and minors without guardians are not allowed.
No Refunds for natural insects: While we provide professional pest control, we are located in a natural coastal environment. No refunds will be issued for the occasional appearance of local insects.

Home Appliances Amenities

Entertainment: 120-inch Projector TV (Building A) and 75-inch Smart TV (Building B).
Sound: Bluetooth speakers can be connected to the TV soundbar.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, induction cooktop, electric rice cooker, microwave, and electric kettle.
Laundry & Care: Drum washer, vacuum cleaner, steam iron, and Dyson hair dryer.
Outdoor: Weber BBQ grill with tongs and scissors provided.
Kitchenware: Cooking utensils, ceramic tableware, children's dinnerware, wine glasses, and openers.
Seasonings: Cooking oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, soy sauce, coarse salt, and BBQ seasoning.
Toiletries: Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, loofah, toothpaste, soap, body sponge, and cotton swabs.
Personal Items: Please bring your own toothbrush, facial cleanser, lotion, and razor.

Family & Kids Amenities

High Chairs: Peg Perego (for infants) and Stokke (for toddlers) available.
Care Items: Children's pillows, portable bathtub, baby body wash, bottle sterilizer, bottles, baby laundry detergent, and temperature-controlled kettle.
Special Request: Low chairs for infants under 12 months are available upon request.

BBQ & Food

Availability: BBQ is available anytime; you may decide after checking the weather on-site.
Setup: A BBQ grill and charcoal are prepared on the outdoor deck next to the kitchen.
Inquiry: Please call us for instructions before starting to ensure safe use.
Food Prep: Guests should bring their own food (e.g., thick pork belly, neck steak, ssamjang).
Dining: You may grill outside and dine indoors. However, cooking odorous foods like meat or fish inside the house is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Violation of the indoor grilling policy may result in professional cleaning fees.

Directions & How to get Here

BY CAR (GPS): Please search for '54-15, Woljeong 1-gil' or '584-1, Woljeong-ri' on your navigation.
SCENIC DRIVING TIP: We highly recommend setting 'Gimnyeong Beach' as a waypoint. This allows you to enjoy a stunning 10-minute drive along Jeju’s most beautiful coastal road from Gimnyeong to Woljeong before arriving.
FROM THE AIRPORT: Located approximately 32km east of Jeju International Airport. It takes about 1 hour by car.
BY BUS: Take Express Bus No. 101 from Jeju International Airport and get off at the 'Woljeong-ri' stop. It is a direct route and about a 10-minute walk from the station to the house.

Parking Information

PRIVATE PARKING: We offer three dedicated parking areas accommodating up to 8 vehicles. All guests are welcome to use any of the following spaces: • UPPER PAVED LOT: Located directly in front of the building with painted parking lines. (Building A is to the right after walking down the stairs).
MAIN GRAVEL LOT: A spacious open area above the building, offering the most room for easy and comfortable parking.
LOWER GRAVEL LOT: A small gravel area closer to the entrance (Access alley is narrow).
